The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP) collaborates with industry allies on a nationwide initiative in England aimed at addressing skills gaps within the electrical sector. This initiative aims to assist employers in providing more apprenticeships and work placement opportunities.
TESP seeks feedback on whether you have previously recruited apprentices or offered work placements, the advantages and obstacles you have encountered, and your willingness to consider such initiatives in the future.
Even if you haven't engaged in recruiting apprentices or offering placements before, TESP values your input. The survey will only take about four minutes to complete, and your responses will contribute to shaping TESP's forthcoming campaign.
