Part P - Domestic Electrical Installers

It is a now legal requirement  for anyone who is to complete a range of electrical work in a domestic dwelling be adequately qualified.  These courses has been designed to enable you to prove that you understand and can comply with the Part P building regulations. We deliver this qualification in a 3 course options pending your current experience.


PAT Testing Certification

The law places a responsibility on all employers to ensure that the electrical equipment to be used by their staff and the public, should be fit for purpose and safe for use. Hence, all portable appliances have to be regularly checked and maintained.  This course is designed for those who are performing the periodic inspection, testing and recording on the condition of electrical (current) using specific equipment.

C&G 2391 (2394/2395) This course is designed to help improve your understanding of the legal requirements, the theoretical and practical principles for the initial verification and certification of an electrical installation.

Level 2 Diploma - Electrical Installations

The most popular entry level course covers all of the necessary elements to develop your theoretical knowledge and understanding of electrical science and underpinning principles of the electrical field but also to develop your practical installation skills.   Upon completion, supervised work can be carried out.  Level 3 is the next step.

Solar PV  - Installers Course

This course will provide electricians with a solid understanding of this form of environmentally friendly  technology as well as the practical 'hands on' experience of installing and maintaining real solar PV panels.  This course consists of 2 units. The first unit will provide you with a basic overview of renewable energy technology, the second is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skill to install and maintain solar PV systems


Electrical Design Course

Also known as 'Level 4' - This qualification helps to develop the essential, up-to-date knowledge and techniques needed to professionally design and install or inspect and test electrical systems.

City & Guilds 2357 NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures)

The level 3 NVQ Electrical (2357-44) is for electrical improvers who have previously completed their level 2 and 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365) or equivalent older qualifications and are now in their final stages of becoming a qualified Electrician.
